Physical Fitness

Physical fitness is many things physical strength, endurance, skill, and good health. It si the ability to work or play hard for a long time without tiring.

Every move is made possible by muscles : walking, jumping, turning your head, and flexing your finger - just to name few. Muscles also do many jobs you may not known about. They keep suck air into your lungs and push food trough your digestive system. Your heart is muscular pump. When your muscles are not used enough, they become flabby and soft and cannot do all the jobs they are supposed to do. Then if you try to play or work hard, you quickly become weak, tired, and short of breath. Your muscles also need regular exercise to help them grow properly.

Your body will develop to its full capacity only if you make it work often and hard. Here some of the benefits you can expert if you make exercise daily habit.
1. Improved posture and appearance.
2. Improved strength, endurance, and co-ordination.
3. More energy for both physical and mental task.
4. Greater flexibility of muscles and joints.

Every younger should get at least 15 minutes of planned, vigorous exercise ever day. For good result , the exercise should be done at least five times a week. Try to do all the exercise without stopping to rest. If you cannot do this at first, stop when you have to and then continue.

Running is one of the best exercise of all. You will building up your leg muscle. There is no need for girls to worry about developing big bulging muscles. As the muscles in the abdomen and back grow stronger and more elastic, they will provide better support and the figure will be slimmer and more graceful in outline.
